Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce recruitment services and understand their hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability, job requirements, and client expectations.
- Present suitable recruitment solutions to clients based on their staffing needs.
- Schedule client meetings, intro calls, and requirement discussions for the business development team.
- Update CRM systems with accurate client interactions, leads, and follow-up statuses.
- Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and quotations for clients.
- Maintain an understanding of recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Support marketing and lead-generation campaigns by converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and proactive service.
