Role Overview

We are looking for an Academic Sales Counselor who will be responsible for connecting with MBBS students, understanding their academic needs, clearly explaining the Auricle platform, and converting interested leads into paid subscribers. The role involves student counselling, relationship building, and achieving enrollment targets through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective MBBS students and parents from provided leads
  • Explain Auricle’s features, benefits, subscription plans, and academic value clearly
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Auricle offerings
  • Convert qualified leads into active subscribers
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to close pending enrollments
  • Handle student queries professionally and build long-term trust
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM or sheets
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead updates and feedback

Experience & Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales / academic counselling / inside sales
  • Prior experience in handling student or parent counselling calls
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Ability to explain academic products in a simple and confident manner
  • Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an added advantage
  • Experience selling online courses, subscriptions, or educational platforms is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
