🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who can handle guest inquiries, understand their requirements, recommend the right villas, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
This is a target-oriented role focused on speed, communication, and conversions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.
• Understand guest needs (dates, group size, occasion, location).
• Recommend suitable SaffronStays villas from our curated portfolio.
• Follow up promptly and close bookings with high conversion efficiency.
2. Customer Communication
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.
• Maintain polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
• Manage escalations or complex queries by coordinating with senior sales or operations.
3. Coordination & Follow-up
• Work with operations/concierge teams for special requests, arrangements, or clarifications.
• Ensure guests receive confirmations, payment links, and check-in details on time.
4. Reporting & CRM Updates
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending inquiries.
• Update CRM/trackers daily with call notes, booking status, and customer details.
• Share daily/weekly performance updates.
🧠Ideal Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication (spoken & written).
• Fast, proactive, and comfortable handling many inquiries at once.
• Strong persuasion and sales aptitude.
• Patient, positive, and guest-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
📌 Must-Haves
• 0–2 years of experience in sales/customer service/hospitality (freshers welcome).
• Comfortable with phone-based interaction and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (rotational).
