Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling and inside sales, with a strong ability to engage customers, generate leads, and support the sales process. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and email communication
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/services
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
- Prepare and send daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the IT / technology industry
- Exposure to B2B sales or solution selling
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRM systems
