Inside Sales Executive – Healthcare Accounts

Location: Manalapan, NJ (onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on proximity to office)

Compensation: $70K–$90K base + $150K–$200K+ OTE + benefits

Our client is a growing organization in the healthcare and nutritional products space, focused on supporting providers nationwide with solutions centered around bone and joint health. This opportunity offers the ability to inherit existing accounts while actively building new business across a national market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within healthcare sales while owning the full sales cycle and closing business directly over the phone.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a national inside sales territory
  • Grow and maintain an existing book of business
  • Prospect and win new business across healthcare providers and clinics
  • Execute consistent outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Build relationships with physicians, office managers, and healthcare staff
  • Educate providers on product value and clinical applications
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Close business directly over the phone
  • Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and results within CRM systems

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of healthcare inside sales or full-cycle sales experience
  • Proven business development experience with a track record of self-generating leads and building pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience researching, identifying, and targeting new accounts rather than working solely from assigned lead lists
  • Demonstrated success closing business over the phone
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and control sales conversations
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and follow-up activity
  • Experience balancing account management responsibilities while generating new business
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Interest in healthcare, clinical, medical, pharmaceutical, or nutritional products
  • Competitive, performance-driven mindset

Preferred Background

  • Experience selling into healthcare or clinical environments
  • Medical, pharmaceutical, or nutrition sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • Experience working within call-driven sales environments
