Role Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for proactively generating and qualifying sales leads, engaging prospective clients through calls and digital outreach, managing the sales process through CRM, and helping convert prospects into loyal customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach to prospective B2B customers to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Document all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and sales leadership to support sales campaigns and account strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product features, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, pricing trends, and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or related field (IT/Software sales experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for email & phone engagements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical, time-management, and organization skills.

- Experience in B2B IT services, cloud solutions, or technology sales.
- Ability to present product features and value propositions effectively.
