Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can engage potential customers, qualify leads, and drive sales through calls, emails, and online channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, follow ups, and working toward clear sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions
- Handle objections and answer basic product or service questions
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow ups in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and senior sales team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using email, CRM, and basic sales tools
- Self motivated and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Plus, Not Mandatory)
- Experience in Inside Sales, B2B, SaaS, or service-based sales
- Cold calling or lead generation experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
