Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound calling, emails, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and present company products/services effectively
- Convert prospects into customers while maintaining strong conversion rates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools
Customer Communication & Mail Handling
- Handle professional email communication with prospects and clients
- Draft, send, and follow up on sales emails, proposals, and quotations
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain proper email documentation and communication history
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
Target & Performance Management
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Track personal sales performance and continuously improve results
- For Sales Lead role:
- Monitor team performance and guide team members
- Support the team in closing deals and managing key accounts
Team Leadership (For Sales Lead Role)
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Assign and manage leads effectively
- Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports using CRM and internal tools
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth sales execution
- Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (lead management, tracking, reporting)
- Strong email handling and professional mail communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Leadership and team-handling skills (mandatory for Sales Lead role)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with email tools and automation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
