Inside Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Inside Sales)

India

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales professional with strong deal-closing abilities and a proven track record in software/solution sales. The ideal candidate will generate leads, nurture prospects and convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities across international/domestic markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads using social media, CRM tools and other online platforms.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of software/IT product or service sales experience.
  • Strong closing skills and experience in handling revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of ERP/HRMS/Supply Chain/Hospital Management or similar software sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a self-driven approach.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in international sales / tele-calling.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
