We are seeking a driven Inside Sales professional with strong deal-closing abilities and a proven track record in software/solution sales. The ideal candidate will generate leads, nurture prospects and convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities across international/domestic markets.
- Generate and qualify leads using social media, CRM tools and other online platforms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of software/IT product or service sales experience.
- Strong closing skills and experience in handling revenue targets.
- Good understanding of ERP/HRMS/Supply Chain/Hospital Management or similar software sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a self-driven approach.
Desired Skills
- Experience in international sales / tele-calling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
