Job Purpose and Expectations:

IDENBRID INC. is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our staff augmentation and business development efforts. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, client communication, and tech services. You’ll work closely with sales and HR teams to generate leads, communicate with potential clients and support ongoing staff augmentation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and inside sales activities for staff augmentation services
• Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Support proposal preparation, follow-ups, and basic sales reporting
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and client records
• Understand client requirements and company service offerings
• Coordinate with HR/recruitment teams for staff augmentation needs
• Support employer branding and hiring-related social media content
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks
• Learn and follow company sales and operational processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, HR or a related field
• Candidates with 3–6 months of experience or internships in Business Development, HR or Inside Sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales pipelines and client handling
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Willingness to grow in a sales-focused role
