Inside Sales Exeutive - Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our US-based sales team. The ideal candidate must have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales (international campaigns).
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Generate leads and qualify them through structured sales conversations.
• Book appointments and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
• Understand the customer’s needs and pitch relevant product benefits.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs related to calls, leads, and appointments.
• Maintain a professional attitude during calls and email follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in International Call Center / Outbound Sales / Cold Calling.
• Excellent English communication (neutral or US accent preferred).
• Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections.
• Comfortable working in night shift (US hours).
• Ability to learn quickly about SaaS products and services.
• Good with CRM usage, call logs, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
