Job Title: Business Development Associate Intern

Location: On-site
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹18,000/month (Fixed) + up to ₹5,000/month (Performance-based Incentives)

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building customer relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, communication, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses and programs
  • Generate and follow up on leads via calls, chats, and emails
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, or EdTech
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
