Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with domain expertise in the Kitchen & Bath or related home improvement industry, and a proven record of SaaS sales success. The role involves delivering both remote and on-site product demos, closing deals, and representing Kitchen 365 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture leads via phone, email, Zoom, and in-person local visits.
  • Conduct on-site product demos at client locations across the Atlanta metro area.
  • Deliver tailored virtual demos to showcase platform benefits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect needs and align them with our solution.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and provide feedback.
  • Represent Kitchen 365 at trade shows, industry conferences, and regional events.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Travel Requirements

  • Local travel for on-site demos (~25%).
  • Occasional domestic travel for trade shows and events (up to 20%).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience in a B2B setting.
  • Background in Kitchen & Bath, home remodeling, building products, or similar industry preferred.
  • Proven success with both virtual and in-person demos.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; self-starter mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for industry events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
