We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Lead Coordinator to support our team by managing inbound leads and converting inquiries into qualified appointments.
This role is ideal for someone with HVAC or home services experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, who enjoys speaking with customers and guiding conversations with confidence and structure.
You will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, qualifying prospects, and helping customers understand their options, while creating a positive and professional experience.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential through bonuses tied to daily activity and results.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries throughout the day
- Contact new leads quickly (goal: within the first 60 seconds when possible)
- Pre-qualify prospects based on needs, location, and project fit (training provided)
- Clearly explain next steps and set expectations
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up with missed calls, unresponsive leads, and pending prospects
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (training provided)
- Support showroom walk-in customers as needed
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
