Role: Manager – Inside Sales (Cult Gym Franchise)


Location: Bangalore (HQ) | Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred


We’re looking for a dynamic, business-minded Inside Sales Team Lead to build and scale our Inside Sales engine for the Cult Gym Franchise business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and deeply passionate about driving business growth through structured sales processes and strong collaboration across teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead & Drive the Inside Sales Function: Manage and motivate a city-wise team of Inside Sales callers responsible for converting marketing leads into qualified meetings for the business development team.


Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to build a strong feedback loop – share insights on lead quality, conversion patterns, and campaign outcomes.


Business Development Mindset: Bring a BD-first perspective to Inside Sales—understand the franchise model deeply and position it effectively in customer conversations. Ideal for someone coming from a business development background or aspiring to grow into a core sales leadership role.


Training & Coaching: Upskill team members on sales conversations, objection handling, and data-driven decision-making to elevate overall Inside Sales effectiveness.


Salesforce Ownership: Create and manage dashboards, reports, and lead funnels.

Maintain data hygiene and monitor daily metrics – total calls, meaningful status updates, conversions, and meeting bookings.


Project Management: Optimize lead allocation, ensure fair distribution, and revive old leads through targeted campaigns.


Performance Management: Hold the team accountable for key metrics and continuously improve conversion funnels through A/B testing and process refinements.



Ideal Profile:

5–7 years of Inside Sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in managing individuals.

Strong command over Salesforce CRM and sales analytics.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; brings both operational discipline and strategic foresight.
