We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in promoting and selling dental biomaterials directly to dentists, specialists, and dental organizations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through structured outbound engagement, clinical value communication, and strong customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will understand the dental market, including implantology, periodontics, and oral surgery workflows, and will be capable of translating product features into clinical and economic value for dental professionals. You will play a critical role in scaling inside sales operations, improving conversion from sample to purchase, and building long-term customer loyalty within the dental community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the inside sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through structured call plans, KPI tracking (calls, follow-ups, conversions), and ongoing coaching.
- Drive outbound sales efforts targeting general dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and DSOs, focusing on converting new accounts and reactivating existing customers.
- Implement sales strategies specific to dental products, emphasizing clinical benefits, case applications (e.g., socket preservation, GBR), and practice profitability.
- Manage and grow key dental accounts, ensuring high retention, repeat orders, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Optimize sample-to-revenue conversion, ensuring all distributed samples are followed up with structured communication and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns (email, promotions, KOL-driven content) that resonate with dental professionals.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) to track all activities, monitor pipeline health, and ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and KPIs.
- Support promotional initiatives and pricing strategies, including tiered pricing, volume incentives, and limited-time offers to drive higher order values.
- Train the team on product knowledge and clinical applications, ensuring confident communication with clinicians and alignment with current dental trends.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding customer objections, competitor positioning, and market trends to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental sales, medical device sales, or B2B healthcare sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team, preferably in an inside sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the dental market, including implants, bone grafting, and regenerative procedures (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to sell clinically oriented products by effectively communicating value to dentists and specialists.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) and data-driven sales management.
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and closing skills when engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize team performance.
