Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing warm leads and establishing rapport through effective communication.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to promote our products and services, identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing detailed information about our offerings and guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client requirements, demonstrating value, and overcoming objections with confidence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize business development opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by following up on leads, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering ongoing relationships for future growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, B2C Sales or technology sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Service Titan, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage customer data and sales activities.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $50,861.94 - $200,000.00 per year
