Description:

Are you a passionate and energetic early-stage sales professional who believes in the power of sport to build confidence and character in young athletes? Dominique Dawes Academy is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the voice of our growing gymnastics family. This isn't just about filling classes; it's about connecting families with a community that inspires children to leap, tumble, and soar. In this vital role, you will be the first point of connection for prospective members, guiding them on their journey and helping to shape the future of our academy, one new athlete at a time. If you are excited by the idea of driving growth while making a tangible difference in children's lives, we invite you to apply.

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth, serving as the crucial link between our academy and the families in our community. Your success will be measured not only by the number of new members you enroll but by the positive, welcoming, and seamless experience you provide to every family who connects with us. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and ensuring that our gyms—both existing and new locations—are vibrant hubs of activity and positive energy.

  • Ensure all sales activities, member interactions, and lead statuses are accurately and promptly logged in our CRM system, providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline for the entire team.
  • Partner with gym-level teams, marketing, and management to design and execute effective strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all prospective and current members, ensuring every interaction reinforces our commitment to a positive and supportive community.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and understanding of the gymnastics industry.
  • Occasionally work shifts within the facility to build authentic relationships with members and staff, and to maintain a practical, first-hand knowledge of our programs, services, and customer base.
  • Perform other duties assigned.
