Job description

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will convert data into qualified leads by conducting market research, performing cold calls, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct international B2B calls to generate qualified leads and appointments.
  • Research, identify, and target potential clients through online and offline sources.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
  • Provide feedback and insights for improving campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B appointment generation or telecalling (international domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
  • Persuasive, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
  • Good learner with the ability to adapt quickly to business requirements.
