Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Inside Sales Representative
with strong expertise in the
perfume and fragrance industry
in Oman. The ideal candidate must have
minimum 2 years of experience in perfume sales
and be capable of providing excellent customer service, managing in-store sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and provide detailed product information.

Drive in-store sales and meet monthly sales targets.

Demonstrate deep product knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, and related items.

Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and stock arrangement.

Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.

Manage customer database and ensure repeat business through excellent service.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand display standards.

Work closely with the store team and management to improve store performance.
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum
2 years of experience in Oman
within the
perfume industry
(mandatory).

Strong understanding of fragrances, notes, and trending perfumes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to sell confidently to diverse customer segments.

Must be fluent in
English and Arabic
.

Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and maintain high service standards.
Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
