Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Research accounts to understand business needs, and potential opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
  • Qualification of Leads
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timelines (BANT or similar frameworks).
  • Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Track and manage all activities, follow-ups, and lead stages in the CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-offs.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health.
  • Customer Communication
  • Engage with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Present product/service features, value propositions, and USPs.
  • Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the relevant teams.
  • Achieving Targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation, qualification, and revenue contribution targets.
  • Continuously work on improving conversion ratios and call-to-opportunity rates.
  • 9. Relationship Building
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to increase trust and conversion likelihood.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-first approach in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
