Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
- Research accounts to understand business needs, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Qualification of Leads
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timelines (BANT or similar frameworks).
- Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Track and manage all activities, follow-ups, and lead stages in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-offs.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health.
- Customer Communication
- Engage with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Present product/service features, value propositions, and USPs.
- Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the relevant teams.
- Achieving Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation, qualification, and revenue contribution targets.
- Continuously work on improving conversion ratios and call-to-opportunity rates.
- 9. Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to increase trust and conversion likelihood.
- Maintain a professional and customer-first approach in all interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
