Job Description

We are hiring an energetic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, manage leads, and close sales for IT solutions and capital goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Explain products/services and close sales
  • Update and manage leads in CRM
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing and solution design
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
  • Track deliveries and provide post-sales support
  • Ensure timely payment collections
  • Maintain accurate sales and client records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Good negotiation and sales skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Basic CRM knowledge preferred
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
