TempExperts is seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support outbound sales efforts, account development, and revenue growth for an established organization in Miami, FL. This Direct Hire position focuses on outbound calling, relationship building, lead nurturing, and supporting new and existing product lines within a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to existing customers to expand product penetration and promote new product offerings.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to increase sales volume.
- Prospect and qualify new customers within targeted market segments.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and pipeline activity within CRM/ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal sales, customer service, and marketing teams on coordinated outreach efforts.
- Prepare quotes, manage follow-up communication, and assist customers with product-related questions.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of the full product portfolio to effectively position solutions.
- Track key performance indicators including call volume, conversion rates, and opportunity creation.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
Requirements/Education:
- 2–4 years of inside sales or account development experience.
- Strong phone presence with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage high outbound activity and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in electrical, industrial, or construction-related sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound phone-based sales strategies is preferred.
