We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6–7 Years

Qualification: MBA (Marketing preferred)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and closing sales while ensuring a smooth and professional sales process

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities

Present and explain product/service features effectively

Answer customer queries via calls and emails

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

Research and qualify new leads

Upsell and cross-sell products/services

Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing with 6–7 years of inside sales experience

Prior experience in outbound sales or call center environment

Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory; additional languages a plus)

Strong negotiation, listening, and closing skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
