We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Fort Myers, FL office to join our Uxari brand, specializing in smart home products and cloud-based services. We offer a high-reward compensation package built on three concurrent components, providing immediate financial security and unlimited earning growth from Day 1.

Guaranteed Income Floor

You receive a reliable salary, ensuring financial stability regardless of sales volume.

• Base Salary: $42,000 - $52,000. This is your guaranteed, year-round income floor based on your experience.
• Commissions: Commissions are earned starting on Day 1 and are paid in addition to your Base Salary and Initial Incentive.

Accelerated Start Incentive (First 90 Days)

To accelerate your success while you train, we provide a temporary, guaranteed uplift to your income.

• Initial Incentive Bonus: A guaranteed $700 monthly bonus for your first three months.
• Accelerated Earning Pace: When combining your base salary and this Initial Incentive, your total guaranteed compensation for the first 90 days is on a yearly pace of $50,000 - $60,000 (before factoring in performance-based commissions).
• The Path to Full Earnings: This incentive ensures your income pace while you train. After the 90-day period, your compensation will transition fully to your Base Salary plus unlimited commission potential.

Uncapped Commission Potential

This is where your performance directly translates into high returns. Our earnings are uncapped, offering genuine entrepreneurial opportunity.

• Average First-Year Earnings: Our average first-year earner, combining Base, Incentive, and Commissions, achieves total compensation of $70,000.
• Top Performer Potential: Our highest-achieving individuals consistently surpass $90,000!

Hot Leads Only: No cold calling! Every prospect you contact is already an Uxari customer or interested in our smart home support plans. Your role is to assist them, provide information, and close the sale.

Responsibilities:

• Use a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach to promote Arqai’s smart home products and services to existing customers.
• Prepare and update floor plans and order documents to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Schedule and manage appointments, following up with prospects by phone, email, and virtual meetings to keep projects on track.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of company provided products and services, staying up to date on the latest smart home innovations.
• Represent Arqai with professionalism by delivering exceptional service and enhancing our reputation with every interaction.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with builders and customers, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a professional setting (or equivalent with proven success)
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and maximize earning potential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and apply consultative sales techniques

Candidates:

Must not have a criminal history background.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
