Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Islamabad. The position includes generating leads, fostering customer satisfaction through excellent service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. While most duties require working from the office, the role offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and lead generation strategies
• Strong skills in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
