Position Summary
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Clawson, MI. You will play a critical role in generating new business and supporting the sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. Beyond sales support, this role is essential to our daily operations, providing critical support in scheduling, material procurement, and general office administration to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Lead Management: Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Engage with prospects to understand their home improvement goals and determine if they are a fit for our services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations for the outside sales team using scheduling tools and conduct follow-ups to confirm or reschedule as needed.
- Installation Coordination: Assist with scheduling installation dates and coordinating with the production team to ensure project timelines are met.
- Operations & Materials: Help with ordering materials for upcoming projects and tracking inventory/delivery statuses to keep jobs on schedule.
- Administrative & Accounting Support: Perform basic accounting and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. Provide general office support, including filing, documentation, and office organization.
- CRM Management: Enter, update, and track all customer interactions and lead statuses within our CRM platform to ensure full visibility and accountability.
- Sales Coordination & Enablement: Communicate with the outside sales team for smooth appointment handoffs and support marketing initiatives by making outbound follow-up calls to warm leads.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our door and closet systems to confidently answer customer questions regarding features, benefits, and pricing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework or degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Experience with basic accounting, data entry, or administrative office support is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone presence.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $22–$27/hour based on experience.
- Commission: Performance-based commission on qualified appointments that result in closed sales.
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for bonuses tied to company performance.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Occasional Saturday availability is preferred but not required
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
