Your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to prospective clients, providing product information, offering personalized solutions, and closing sales deals. • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in selling home medical equipment or healthcare-related products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of insurance billing processes is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the home medical equipment industry, including products and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customer groups.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
