We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Professional to join our in-office team and help support both new and existing customers.

The right candidate will have a clear path to quickly grow into a leadership role by demonstrating strong performance and sales ability.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls, emails, texts daily to existing customers to cross-sell and recommend additional services

Handle inbound sales calls and confidently close new business

Assist customers with service upgrades and questions about current plans

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text

Schedule inspections and service appointments for new and returning customers

Accurately manage customer information and sales activity in CRMs

Perform administrative tasks including data entry, auditing, and follow-up

Clearly explain service options, pricing, and value

Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly goals

Qualifications

Prior inside sales or call-center sales experience preferred

Experience using sales CRMs (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confidence in sales conversations and objection handling

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset

Experience with AI tools, CRM automations, or workflow optimization is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay

Average annual earnings of $45,000–$60,000+, plus bonuses and incentives
