Alchemy of Money is the tax and bookkeeping firm built exclusively for real estate professionals. We deliver year-round bookkeeping, tax planning, payroll management, and business advisory services to agents, teams, and brokerages nationwide. Since our founding in 2022, we’ve grown from zero to serving 246 real estate businesses across the United States.

THE ROLE

The Business Growth Specialist is the first point of contact for real estate professionals exploring Alchemy’s services. This is a consultative sales role. You will conduct Discovery Calls with prospective members, assess their financial needs, and prescribe the right combination of bookkeeping, payroll, and tax solutions to solve their challenges. You are equal parts advisor and closer.

You will also be responsible for reactivating past leads and contacts, managing follow-up sequences, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct 30-minute Discovery Calls with prospective members to understand their business, financial pain points, and goals
  • Perform a structured needs analysis on the spot to determine whether Alchemy is the right fit and which services will deliver the greatest impact
  • Prescribe a tailored membership configuration across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax solutions based on each prospect’s specific situation
  • Clearly articulate the value of Alchemy’s services in the context of the prospect’s real estate business
  • Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact through close, maintaining disciplined follow-up cadences
  • Reactivate and re-engage past leads, dormant contacts, and unconverted prospects through outbound outreach
  • Represent Alchemy at industry conventions, trade shows, and real estate events a few times per year — staff the Alchemy booth, engage with attendees, and generate new leads in persoTrack all activity and pipeline data in the CRM with accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and member objections
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership enrollment targets

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales (financial services, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
  • You listen first and prescribe second, understanding that the discovery process is the sale
  • Strong communicator who can translate financial concepts into clear, relatable language for real estate professionals
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound follow-up and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated and disciplined — you thrive in a remote environment where results matter
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a strong plus, but not required
  • Curious and coachable
  • Experience with a data-driven sales process
