We're hiring an ISA because the system here works — and there's more opportunity than one person can handle.

Byrne Real Estate Group is a top-producing Austin real estate team with a database that's already producing results. Our top performer jumped into it, started working it with intent, and is now generating more appointments than she alone can manage. We need a second person who can pick up the phone, work the cadence, and turn warm conversations into booked appointments.

Here's what makes this seat different from every other ISA job in Austin:

We have an in-house mortgage company — Buyer's Rate Mortgage — built into the same office. When you have a financing-ready buyer on the phone, you don't end the call with "I'll have the agent reach out." You warm-transfer them to a loan officer who picks up in real time. The buyer leaves the conversation pre-qualified. The agent gets a real appointment with a real buyer — not a maybe. Your conversion rate goes up. Your closing bonuses go up.

Most ISAs work in the dark and hope the deal closes. You'll work in a system where the financing, the agent, and the close are all under one roof.

This is not a script-reading call-center role. This is a real sales seat with a real career attached.

What You'll Do

  • Make 80–120 outbound dials/texts/emails per day to leads in our database, sphere, and pipeline including incoming leads.
  • Qualify buyer and seller leads on motivation, timeline, financing, and location
  • Warm-transfer financing-ready buyers directly to our in-house mortgage team — turning warm leads into pre-qualified appointments
  • Set live appointments for our real estate agents and follow through to make sure they show
  • Nurture long-term leads on a structured 6–18 month cadence
  • Live in the CRM (Follow Up Boss) and keep notes that actually help the agents close
  • Hit weekly call, contact, and appointment-set targets
  • Show up to weekly role-play, call review, and coaching with the owner

How You'll Get Paid

You'll earn from three sources, all stacking together:

  • A real base salary — so you eat regardless of last week's numbers
  • Per-shown-appointment bonuses — paid only when the appointment actually shows
  • Closed-deal bonuses — a percentage of every deal you sourced, paid when it closes

We walk you through the full structure during the interview. Top performers in this seat earn $120K–$150K+. The math is straightforward and the numbers are real.

  • You're organized. You log notes. You follow cadences. The CRM is your friend.
  • You actually care whether the deal closes. You don't disappear after the handoff.
  • You want a real career — not a placeholder while you figure something else out.

You won't thrive here if:

  • You hate the phone (be honest — we can tell within five minutes)
  • You think "sales" is a dirty word
  • You expect to coast on a base salary
  • You blame the leads when conversion is low

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of phone-based sales, ISA, or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred, not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with CRM software (Follow Up Boss, Sierra, kvCORE, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Reliable, punctual, and present in-office
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate ISA experience
  • Texas real estate license (not required to start — we'll discuss after 90 days)
  • Experience with Follow Up Boss specifically
  • Familiarity with the Austin market

Where This Could Take You

Career ISA: Top ISAs in Austin earn $100K–$150K+ per year. If you love the phone work and don't want to do showings, this can be your career.

ISA → Lead ISA Manager: If you want to transition into showings and contracts, our agent partner program is the most direct path. You already know the database, the systems, and the brand.

ISA Manager: As we scale to a second and third ISA, the first ISA on the team gets the right of first refusal on leading the function. Salary plus override on team production.
