Muhimma is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to expand its footprint in the data and insights industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
- Manage all stages of the sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Track and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
- Present Muhimma’s services—including Market Research, Data Analytics, and the Technology Platform—in a way that demonstrates clear value and ROI to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts to close deals that support both client needs and company revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in data analytics, market research, or technology-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets in a remote environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and business intelligence tools.
