About the Position:

Inside Sales Representative – Irvine, CA (In-Office Position Only)

We seek motivated and energetic individuals to develop, maintain, and rekindle relationships with our auto dealership partners. We are willing to train!

As a member of our Inside Sales Group, we are offering a full-time generous hourly position PLUS the opportunity for a monthly team bonus.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am -5:00 pm
• Hourly Pay: $23 - $23.07 with potential to earn a monthly bonus (_$1,000 monthly bonus guaranteed for first six months)._
• Experience: We are willing to train!

Applicant must be:

• Sales-oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to employ strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and effort driven.
• Previous sales experience is not required but is a PLUS.

WHAT CPS EXPECTS FROM YOU:

• Create new dealer partnerships.
• Ability to navigate high daily phone volume.
• Grow your active dealer count by creating value for our dealer partners.
• Capture Funding Packages from dealerships across the country.
• Act as a partner to your dealers to ensure maximum profitability for the dealership and CPS.
• Work closely with our Originations department to ensure a smooth partnership.
• Complete production reports as needed for management.
• Display the best customer service to your dealer partners.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
