We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Inside Sales professionals. The role involves supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Support external sales teams by preparing quotes, managing orders, and following up with clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
- Identify potential leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and communications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, availability, and product updates.
- Build product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity goals such as calls, emails, and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT solutions.
- Based in the UAE with valid residency.
