Our team works directly with clinic owners, medical spas, and healthcare providers to help them access high-quality pharmaceutical products through our streamlined ordering platform.

We are building a high-performance sales team in our South Tampa office and are seeking experienced telephone sales professionals who want to earn a true six-figure income.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will work from our Tampa office making outbound and follow-up calls to medical practices nationwide.

Your role is to introduce PrimeCare Supply, educate clinics about our pharmacy partnerships, and develop ongoing ordering relationships.

This role is designed for professional phone salespeople who want a stable base salary while building a large commission book of business.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary:
$30,000 annually ($2,500/month)

Commission Structure:

20% of collected gross margin revenue to start

Scale to 30%, 40%, and up to 50% commission based on:

  • Production
  • Account retention
  • Book of business growth

After 90 Days

Top performers may elect to move into a high-commission compensation plan with:

  • Much higher commission percentages
  • Guaranteed income support during the transition
  • Significant six-figure earning potential

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to medical clinics and wellness practices
  • Follow up with interested clinics and develop long-term relationships
  • Educate clinics about PrimeCare Supply’s pharmacy partnerships and ordering platform
  • Schedule product discussions and onboarding calls with senior sales leadership
  • Manage leads and account activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and account growth opportunities
  • Meet daily call activity and revenue production targets

Requirements

We are specifically seeking experienced telephone sales professionals.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2+ years inside sales or outbound phone sales experience
  • Strong closing ability over the phone
  • Comfortable making 75–100 calls per day
  • High energy, competitive sales personality
  • Ability to manage pipeline activity in a CRM
  • Professional communication skills

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends or holidays
