The Mid-Market Inside Sales Representative is a high-energy, front-line sales role focused on demand generation and net-new customer acquisition across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this role requires someone who is comfortable being on the phone daily, proactively reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities from scratch.
Experience & Background:
2–3 years of successful experience in direct sales or tele-sales/marketing.
Familiarity with the IT/Technology sector, especially PC hardware and services.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and convert leads into deals.
Experience with channel partner/customer management (resellers, distributors, end users).
Skills & Capabilities:
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Excellent presentation and digital communication skills.
CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Analytical thinking and planning skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and structured work habits.
Flexibility, creativity, and resilience under pressure.
Ability to work independently, but still have a team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute beyond individual targets.
