Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for networking products through calls, emails, and partner networks.
- Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Present product information, quotations, and proposals to partners and end clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of competitor offerings and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or channel sales for networking/security products.
- Strong channel partner network and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of products such as Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
