Inside Sales Representative - Networking products

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for networking products through calls, emails, and partner networks.
  • Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Present product information, quotations, and proposals to partners and end clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of competitor offerings and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or channel sales for networking/security products.
  • Strong channel partner network and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of products such as Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹247,899.62 - ₹867,733.93 per year
