Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound customer calls and emails regarding parts, spare components, equipment upgrades, and service requests.
- Prepare accurate spare parts quotations for Zeppelin and 3 parties’ equipment in Zeppelin pneumatic conveying, feeding, and material handling systems.
- Identify parts using BOMs, manuals, and original project documents.
- Handle customer requests, follow up on quotes, and convert sales opportunities
- Process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, pricing, lead times, and shipping details.
- Coordinate order processing, shipping, and lead-time expectations with internal teams and maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Partner with outside sales, project execution, engineering, and service teams to support customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with end users, Zeppelin’s headquarter and subsidiaries, OEMs, distributors, and service partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related fields preferred but optional depending on experience.
- 3+ years in sales, preferred in spare parts support
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information for mechanical and pneumatic conveying components.
- Comfort using ERP systems and managing sales documentation.
- Attention to detail in quoting, pricing, payment & shipping teams and specification review.
Preferred
- Knowledge of pneumatic conveying, rotary valves, blowers, diverters, filters, and material handling components.
- Chemical industry or bulk solids handling background
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, and BOMs.
- Working knowledge of ATEX/NFPA considerations

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
