Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Job Description:

Seeking full-time Sales Representative/Account Manager for Jewel Distribution’s main office in Westlake Village, CA. We are one of the leading e-liquids distributors in the United States and continuing and are continuing to grow. Reporting to our Sales Director, you will spread our mission of healthier smoking alternatives to clients by promoting our unique salt-nicotine e-liquid and partnership/associate brands.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• ​Engage existing and potential customers by effectively showcasing our products and partnership brands
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the value proposition of our products and services, ensuring alignment with the specific needs of clients
• First point of contact for customer issues, helping to resolve any complications
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within working schedule
• Supply management with reports on challenges, customer needs, competitive ideas, and potential for new products and services
• Keep up to date on promotional tactics and market trends in an constantly evolving industry
• Continuously improve through feedback and constructive criticism from management and peers alike

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

-1-3 Years of sales experience, customer service, or account coordination

-Excellent communication, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills

-Experience using CRM or ERP software systems

-Highly organized and strong attention to detail

-Basic Computer skills required

Schedule & Compensation:

-Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)

- Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm

-Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

-Base pay ($55,000) + commission
