Compensation: $40k Base + Uncapped Monthly Commissions!

Before applying, please note:

  • REMOTE: but must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, OR, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, OH, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, PA).
  • Core business hours are 6 am to 6 pm M-F Mountain Time. If you live in another time zone, the flexibility to work a schedule aligned with our core business hours is critical. (For example, some shifts may end at 8 pm Eastern.) Additionally, this is a work-to-goal environment, so you have the option to work beyond this core shift as needed to achieve your goals and earn more money!

We are adding an Inside Sales Representative to our team of relationship-builders who are laser-focused on providing exceptional service to our students. We are tenacious and resilient in our pursuit of personal and professional success, while we incorporate fun into every day!


So What's the Job?


We are looking for sales professionals who want to transform lives through health and fitness! Use extensive knowledge of our certifications and specializations to overcome objections, solve prospect concerns, and convert warm leads into sales!

  • This role will be focused on selling our Health Coach (HCI) course.
  • Make 150+ calls daily to prospective students (no cold calling!)
  • Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage quickly with students - driving to a one-call close when possible.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals.

What is ISSA looking for?

  • A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course.
  • At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume, inside sales experience.
  • Prior CRM experience.
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales.
  • Excellent phone-based communication skills.
  • Personal passion for fitness and desire to help others.
  • Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales.
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base.
  • Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks.
  • Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students.
  • Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
  • Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
  • Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
