Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist I is the first point of contact for inbound inquiries across digital (web forms, web chat, ) and phone channels. This role focuses on speed, professionalism, and accurate information capture to support qualification and handoff to the appropriate commercial team.
The Inside Sales Specialist I performs foundational inside-sales tasks including structured discovery, CRM documentation, gathering information required for quotes, and executing follow-up to keep customers engaged. This role does not provide direct quotes. It serves as the entry point into the Inside Sales career path and builds the essential skills for progression into the Inside Sales Specialist II and Inside Sales Specialist III levels.

This position will be remote within the United States. Minimal anticipated travel (team trainings/events).
Pay Range:
The total pay range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
