Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales and Account Manager to join our team, reporting to the General Manager. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating work with the production department and entering orders into our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience in metals fabrication and inside sales or account management. Familiarity with JobBOSS ERP and programming experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare accurate quotes based on customer specifications

• Enter and manage orders in our ERP system

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Collaborate with production team to ensure order accuracy and feasibility

• Provide technical support and insight to customers as needed

• Assist with programming tasks (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
