Job Title: Counter Sales Staff

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Staff with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in trading, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and professionally provide product information.
• Generate sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and the overall presentation of the counter.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in trading or counter sales.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
• Willingness to work on shift duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO240.000 - RO260.000 per month

Work Location: In person
