- To meet the required HCPs and promote MNC Principal Company's Products by learning about drugs and diseases at the highest standard and keep scientific knowledge up to date.
- To Meet Purchase Heads of various Governmental institutions of Oman & ensuring participation in Urgent RFQs, INTERNATIONAL, LOCAL & MOH TENDERS,
- To work independently on DIRECT PURCHASE FOR HOSPITALS to ensure listing & availability of focused brands in key institutions
- Manage a master-list of doctors and Purchase in-charges to ensure the coverage at the right frequency of visit (territory management).
- Plan and implement marketing activities in assigned territory / team with quality and compliance requirements.
- Achieve the respective area sales target
- Initiate and build the development of close partnership with targeted accounts and KOLs.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Comply with the reporting requirements on time
- Understand competitor environment and monitor market trends.
- Team player with proven ability to work across different cultures.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be holding a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB)- Prometric as MR
- 2 Years of experience in Institutional Business Development in Oman is mandatory
- Having Cardio-vascular work experience in Institution and Private markets will be an added advantage
- Candidate with proven track record and willing to take up challenges are ideal
