We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting business growth across multiple channels.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, partnerships)
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations)
• Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies/vendors
• Manage and coordinate 3rd-party marketing agencies to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Proven track record of driving growth and successful campaigns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
