WE ARE HIRING — Sales & Marketing Manager (B2B)

Skincare & Beauty Distribution | Muscat, Oman

We are a growing skincare and beauty distribution company based in Muscat, Oman, importing premium products from Asia and distributing across Oman and the UAE through both offline retail and online channels.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our B2B sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with retail partners, pharmacies, salons, and distributors across Oman, while also supporting our brand presence online and offline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and onboard B2B clients including pharmacies, beauty retailers, salons, and hypermarkets

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and shelf space with retail partners

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and campaigns

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the Oman & UAE beauty market

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and business meetings

• Support the e-commerce team with product listings and online promotions

REQUIREMENTS

• Omani National (preferred / Omanisation compliance)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or personal care

• Strong existing network with retailers, pharmacies, or beauty businesses in Oman

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Valid Omani driving licence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
