Inside Sales/Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Conduct outbound calling to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships.
• Answering Phones and completing sales orders
• Manage Staff at Location
• Assisting with inventory and working closely with Supply Chain Director
• Following sales procedures
• Working closely with AP/AR to insure smooth transitions towards invoicing
• Tracking sales and opportunities
• Inputting quotes, completing sales, and working with outside team.
• Detail and Service oriented
• Any other services deemed appropriate by upper management.

Required:

Knowledge of Pipe, Fittings, and Valves used in the industry as well as a understanding of other material.

Able to communicate well and build relationships with vendors and manufacturers

Work closely with our customers to gain their trust and increase business

Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel

Ability to lead a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
