Inside Sales/Telemarketing Of Ink & Toner To Businesses Starting At $20/hr!

Since 2009, Reliable Imaging has been a company that sells compatible ink & toner cartridges for printers, copiers & fax machines to other businesses nationwide. We are currently located in the Rosedale area of Bakersfield, CA.

The job is making outbound sales calls and/or information gathering calls (cold calls) Monday-Friday. We provide leads, written material (scripts), audio training and also have a sales training/coaching model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential customers to inform them about our company’s products and services using scripts
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Job brief

We are looking for enthusiastic people to generate sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships.

An effective representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with objections and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new business customers and developing relationships, while making yourself great money and having fun.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English and the ability to speak professionally by telephone in a corporate business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Punctual, reliable and teachable. Willing to memorize and practice written material.

At this time, the company is small and is located a residence. We have a small call center/office (for up to 4 people) in our family home. If hired, you would be working at this office with one other person.

Part time hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

Full time hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Other opportunities such as working from home, building a sales team, being a sales manager or even running your own office are also available.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
