An Insights Manager at CARMA will lead the end-to-end setup, management, and delivery of insight products for one of our most pivotal clients. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, clarity, and strategic value of all deliverables, acting as the critical bridge between the client and CARMA’s internal teams.
The role carries a dual reporting line to the Key Account Director and the Insights Consultant, MENA, and is delivered as an on-site secondment at the client’s location in Dammam, KSA. This embedded model supports close collaboration, rapid knowledge exchange, and the development of strong, trusted client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone genuinely passionate about insights—particularly media insights—who thrives on translating complex data into meaning, identifying patterns, and enabling confident, informed decision-making. The successful candidate will bring broad experience delivering media insights across sectors and will be comfortable independently producing comprehensive, executive-level analysis that drives action.
Active engagement with the wider insights and communications industry is highly valued, including familiarity with recognised measurement frameworks such as AMEC. While formal qualifications are welcomed, curiosity, critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
Insights Managers are expected to confidently manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally, build strong client partnerships, coach and manage secondees based on-site, and contribute to innovation—particularly through the effective use of AI tools to enhance insight generation, quality, and efficiency.
