Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Inspections: Schedule and manage all inspection activities, ensuring they are conducted on time and meet all regulatory and company standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, including reports, certificates, and any follow-up actions required.
- Compliance: Ensure all inspection processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inspectors, clients, and internal teams regarding inspection activities and requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies found during inspections, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection activities.
- Training: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on inspection procedures and compliance requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inspection activities, findings, and status updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in inspection coordination within the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizers, or related industry, including quality inspection services.
Knowledge:
- Good experience in vendor or TPI (Third Party Inspection) inspection coordination and job scheduling for inspectors in UAE & worldwide inspections.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data effectively.
